To clear goods through SA customs, you need the following documents:
Registered importers/exporters code
Signed clearing instructions
Customs clearance declaration (SAD500) and Customs worksheet
Charges, including freight and dutiable charges
Commercial Invoice
Packing list
Bill of Lading for sea, Air Waybill for air, or Consignment Note for road/rail
Certificate of Origin
Permits, if applicable
EURO/EFTA/SADC certificates, if applicable
