What is e-commerce fulfilment?
E-commerce fulfilment is everything that happens after a customer places an order — storing your stock, picking and packing each order, and delivering it to the customer. What does Atrax’s fulfilment service include?

You can take the whole package or just the parts you need.
Is it just warehousing, or the whole cycle?

I don’t have an online store yet — can you build one?
Yes. If you don’t have a store yet, Atrax can build one. A new shop on Shopify or WooCommerce can be set up in around two to three weeks, integrated with the warehouse management system (WMS) and accompanied by training so you’re ready to trade.
Will it integrate with my existing store and software?
Yes. Your website is integrated with the warehouse management system so orders flow straight through, and integration with major e-commerce and accounting software is offered free — so your existing tools plug straight in rather than needing to be replaced.
Which platforms do you support?
Atrax builds and integrates stores on Shopify and WooCommerce, and offers free integration with major e-commerce and accounting software. If you’re already running one of the common platforms, the aim is for it to connect to the warehouse system rather than forcing a switch.
How do I track orders and stock?

Who handles picking, packing and shipping?
Atrax does. Orders flow from your website straight to the warehouse floor, where the team picks, packs and ships each one to the customer. Because it’s integrated rather than manual, there’s no re-keying of orders and fewer points where things can go wrong.
Can Atrax source stock for me?
